Sample Preparation o-NBH synthesized by ball-milling NaBH₄ + Na₂B₁₂H₁₂ (equimolar), heating to 410°C at 3°C min⁻¹, held 10 h, then cooled at 0.5 or 2°C min⁻¹ (slow) or quenched in 25°C water (rapid). Capillary: Boron-rich, Ø0.3 mm (in situ).
