This lists every device you have registered with Globus, not just this one. Pick the computer you are sitting at and make sure Globus Connect Personal is running on it — a transfer sent to another of your machines still reports "succeeded".

/~/ means “my folder on that device” — on Windows that is Documents, not your user profile, so ESRA fills in the real Downloads path for you. Globus always uses forward slashes. Each dataset arrives in its own subfolder named after its ESRA ID.

⚠️ Make sure you log into Globus Connect Personal with the same email you used to sign into ESRA.

Steps to fix this:

1. Install Globus Connect Personal on your device
2. Open it and sign in with the same email you used to log into ESRA
3. Keep it running in the background
4. Come back here and click Download Data again
